  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, team members, and internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops/trainings/meetings with clients to gather requirements and develop recommendations.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and other deliverables to clients.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge

    Academic and professional qualifications:

  • A BSc degree in a related field (e.g. Business, Management, Economics, public policy).
  • PMP certificate is a plus

  • At least 4 years of experience in management consulting or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in management consulting in Saudi Arabia.
  • Has a business analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in public sector context in the MENA region
  • Strong project management skills, including experience leading complex projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Native Arabic speaker with solid Arabic writing skills
