• Description:
  The ideal candidate should have up to 3 years of experience , graduated from one of the top five universities in Accounting field in Jordan , is able to do the following Accurately enter financial data into accounting software and maintain organized
  records.
  o Ensure timely and accurate data entry for all financial transactions.
  o Process vendor invoices, match purchase orders, and ensure timely payments.
  o Verify and reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
  o Maintain accounts payable files and records and monitor accounts Payable aging
  o Conduct the monthly stock count and investigate for inventory variances
  o Validate the inventory costing
  o Validate the accuracy of daily sales invoicing.
  o Record and post journal entries to the general ledger.
  o Reconcile bank statements and other balance sheet accounts.
  o Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  o Provide financial data and analysis to support management decision-making.
  o Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory
  requirements.
  o Maintain and improve internal controls to safeguard financial assets and ensure
  accurate financial reporting.
  o Provide support to the finance team and assist with special projects as needed.
  o Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and ensure
  accurate reporting.
