    Key Responsibilities:
    • HR Strategy Development:Collaborate with HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
    • Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
    • Employee Relations:Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances. Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment.
    • Performance Management:Implement performance management systems that support employee development and align with organizational goals
    • Training and Development:Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Support career development initiatives within the organization.
    • Compensation and Benefits: Assist in the design and administration of compensation structures and benefits programs. Conduct market research to ensure competitiveness in compensation practices.
    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in employment legislation.
    • Project Support: Provide support for HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.
    Qualifications: Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred.
    Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven experience as an HRMS, specifically with ZenHR.
    • Proficiency with MS Office software required (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
    • Excellent oral and written English and Arabic skills are required.
    Experience:
    • A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in human resources roles.
    • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and training/development.
