Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy Development:
Collaborate with HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Recruitment:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances. Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment.
Performance Management:
Implement performance management systems that support employee development and align with organizational goals
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Support career development initiatives within the organization.
Compensation and Benefits:
Assist in the design and administration of compensation structures and benefits programs. Conduct market research to ensure competitiveness in compensation practices.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in employment legislation.
Project Support:
Provide support for HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience as an HRMS, specifically with
ZenHR
.
Proficiency with MS Office software required (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Excellent oral and written English and Arabic skills are required.
Experience:
A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in human resources roles.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and training/development.
