    Main Responsibilities

    1. Recruitment
    • Manage the recruitment process, including developing selection criteria, conducting interviews, and attracting suitable talent.
    • Identify the staffing needs of each branch and appoint the right competencies.
    2. Human Resources System (Employees, Development & Training, Salaries, Employee Evaluation, Recruitment, Working Hours)
    • Manage employee salaries and maintain employee records and HR databases.
    • Handle employee matters related to social security, labor law, permits, health certificates, etc.
    3. Training and Development
    • Evaluate training programs and work on improving the training process.
    • Assess the effectiveness of training and its impact on employee performance.
    4. Benefits and Compensation
    • Manage employee relations, addressing workplace issues and promoting a positive work environment.
    • Ensure the application of company policies regarding benefits and compensation.
    • Review daily, weekly, and monthly system reports and take necessary actions
