  Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution:
    • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
    • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
    • Monitor project progress and address deviations proactively.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
    • Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams and vendors.
    • Ensure stakeholders are informed of project status, risks, and issues.
  • IT Infrastructure & Cloud Projects:
    • Lead projects focused on IT infrastructure upgrades, cloud migration, and hybrid cloud solutions.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure optimal system design and implementation.
    • Oversee data center modernization, network upgrades, and cloud architecture improvements.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to minimize project impact.
    • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Budget & Resource Management:
    • Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-efficiency.
    • Oversee resource allocation and ensure optimal team productivity.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Maintain project documentation, including status reports, change logs, and post-project reviews.
    • Report regularly to senior leadership on project performance metrics.

      Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
    • 8–10 years of experience managing IT infrastructure and cloud-related projects.
    • Proven expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and IT infrastructure (e.g., servers, networking, storage).
    • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
    • Proficient in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello.
    • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Certification(s) in PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master is a plus.
    • Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management is advantageous.
