  Task:

  • Collaborate with business to develop build and delivery plans aligned with business objectives, KPIs, and timelines.
  • Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP IBP solutions for modules such as S&OP, Demand Planning, Material Planning, and MRO.
  • Translate complex business processes into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Deliver comprehensive functional specifications, design blueprints, and related documentation.
  • Apply technical expertise to implement and maintain scalable IT systems for business application requirements.
  • Interact with IT colleagues and business stakeholders to identify business requirements, solve problems, and define efficient solutions.
  • Partner with business teams to create capabilities and define technology solutions tailored to organizational needs.
  • Present technical concepts and solutions effectively across multiple levels of the organization, including technical teams and senior leadership.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and focal point for SAP IBP-related queries and escalations.
  • Provide leadership in planning, analysis, design, testing, and deployment of SAP IBP solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
  • Establish and communicate a technical vision for complex, enterprise-level projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor and coordinate activities with service providers, partners, and vendors for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks.
  • Leverage technical expertise to implement, monitor, and maintain IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Contribute to all phases of the solution lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing management.
  • Deliver escalated user support, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Act as a product focal point and subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and support for SAP IBP solutions.

    Experiences / Qualifications:
  • Candidates should have more than 5 years of IBP experience and have completed minimum of 3 full IBP implementations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in software engineering, computer science, or related field.
  • Candidates have worked for a Consulting company providing services in the Supply Chain environment.
  • Candidate should have excellent functional knowledge in SAP IBP with rollout experience in IBP S&OP, Demand planning and should possess IBP solution expertise to design, build, test & deploy the solution.
  • Ability to comprehend complex business processes and create necessary documentation to capture these processes. Deliver Functional Specifications, design blueprint and related documentation.
  • Hands on Experience in SAP enhancements and Developments to meet business needs. Should be able to map business requirements into SAP Processes and design the solutions.
  • Experience with complex Architecture / interfaces. Experience in Interfaces for master and transactional data and exposure to SAP HCI setup will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) and interpersonal skills a must.
  • Project management skills will be a value add.
  • SAP IBP Certification Associate highly desirable.
