  Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in HORECA sales and existing relationships in the Jordanian market.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and team leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.

  Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies targeting HORECA clients to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage and grow key accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of sales representatives and ensure KPI achievement.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to optimize pricing and product positioning.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
