Key Responsibilities:
Employee Administration:
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in preparing employment contracts, promotion letters, and termination letters.
Monitor attendance, leave requests, and absences.
Recruitment Support:
Post job vacancies and review resumes.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and managers.
Assist in initial screening of candidates.
Training and Development:
Help organize training sessions and workshops.
Track employee participation and maintain training records.
Compensation and Benefits Support:
Assist in payroll processing and incentive calculations.
Monitor leave balances and other employee entitlements.
Employee Relations:
Respond to HR-related employee inquiries.
Support initiatives that promote a positive work environment.
General Administrative Tasks:
Prepare HR reports and summaries for management.
Assist in HR projects and departmental tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in HR or administrative roles.
Knowledge of HR software and systems.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
