    A leading provider of clean energy solutions for commercial and industrial customers in the Middle East is in need of a Business Development Manager. This position requires an extraordinary ability to understand and translate customer needs into viable and convincing solutions, in a very dynamic and competitive marketplace. The successful Product Business Development Manager progressively masters a good balance between deep technical expertise across complex product lines that create energy efficiency and employed with a strong consultative selling approach with developed interpersonal skills. The Product Business Development Manager will have therefore the following main functions: 1. Develop and build a pipeline. 2. Handle all advanced technical questions either from our sales team or customers. 3. Working closely with clients assessing engineering products in storage, water and solar energy designed to reduce customers spend in the commercial and industrial segment. Qualifications: • Meet/exceed monthly and annual sales objectives per assigned territory/accounts. • Identify new opportunities within the commercial and industrial sector. • Promote sales of energy savings products and maintain forecasts, through effective building of a pipeline. • Knowledge of Energy demand management (battery systems.) Fluid dynamics, treatment, Heat Pumps etc. • Call on potential users and have strong activity management with high energy levels, committed to solving energy problems. • Understanding of consultative sales process, ability to recognize implied needs of customers and expand into revenue generating opportunities. • Report to management, sales activities and opportunities and other developments in the territory. • 8+ Total Years of experience in which 3+ years B2B Sales experience (within construction, building materials, Electrical Air conditioning or mechanical engineering products). • Strong negotiating, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with a proven sales track record. • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including PPT and Excel. • Previous Engineering or technical sales experience. • A Driven sales mentality. • Proven track record of sales engineering or telecom business solutions sales support or solution planning.
