  The Budgeting and Financial Planning Manageris responsibleforDevelop and drive the Group financial strategy and goals in line with its business strategy, coordinate the preparation, consolidation and monitoring of annual budgets across the Group, and have ongoing review of actual financial performance of the Group against the budget / plan and set goals. 1. Prepare and maintaining the companyGroup financial planning and budgeting policies and procedures and ensure compliance. 2. Developing and driving the Group financial strategy in line with its business strategy. 3. Developing assumptions for rolling forecast with the Group leadership and senior management. 4. Complete budget preparation and forecasting. 5. Proper implementation/integration of Budgeting and planning into the ERP Modules. 5. Consolidation of budgets submitted by the companyHolding and all subsidiaries. 6. Submission of budgets to the Group CEO and higher authorities for review and approval. 7. Monitoring of budgets actual and preparation / review of forecasts on weekly, monthly, annual basis. 8. Oversee budget transactions (i.e. budget transfers). 9. Submission of variance analysis to Group leadership and senior management. 10. Ensure that the budgets / forecasts accurately represent assumptions approved by the leadership. 11. Regularly providing the leadership team with a rolling forecast together with actual variance analysis and explanations 12. Running scenario analysis such as sensitivity analysis using the business’s forecasting model. 13. Ensure compliance with financial planning and budgeting policies and procedures.
