Experience:
- Overall experience of 5-7 years with at least 3-4years solid experience in an international/reginal consulting firm.
- Must possess project experience with the government sector.
Job Summary:
An advisor with a solid consulting experience in an international or regional consulting firm. Will be responsible to deliver consulting projects in areas of expertise and other areas that Company find appropriate and necessary, deliver client presentations and conduct continual marketing efforts and supporting top management in developing and keeping key clients. Duties would include and not limited to preparing proposals, conducting research, working and preparing project deliverables, interacting, presenting, managing clients and coordinating or supervising other junior teammates as may be needed.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver consulting projects in different areas among the followings consulting disciplines:
- Strategy
- Organizational Design
- Process Design and Improvement
- Quality and Organizational Excellence “EFQM”
- Market research
- Feasibility studies and Financial Valuation
- Project Management
- Risk Management
The candidate is expected to have a solid experience in at least 2 of the above areas and some experience in at least 1-2 areas.
- Prepare project/intervention approached and develop consulting proposals.
- Interview clients, collect data and analyze, develop deliverable reports of various consulting projects
- Present, discuss and approve reports and studies from clients
- Report progress in all projects and proposals and maintain deadlines and commitments to clients.
- Play a good role in business development and marketing efforts for Averroes in different service lines including new service developments, direct and indirect marketing activities, preparing project proposals, client meetings and follow ups and others as may be needed.
- Develop his own skills in different consulting areas
- Share knowledge and coach other junior teammates.
- Any other technical or administration responsibilities may be requested from management that deem to be necessary.
